Because women do not experience midlife one diagnosis at a time.

A woman may arrive with recurrent urinary tract infections and quietly be living with painful intercourse. She may be taking endocrine therapy after breast cancer while her bone density falls. She may have hot flashes, insomnia, bladder symptoms, low desire, and fear, yet receive a different fragment of an answer in every room.

The goal is not to make one clinician the answer to everything. The goal is to make someone accountable for seeing the whole picture, explaining the choices, connecting the right expertise, and making sure the care plan does not disappear between departments.
